Hip Hop Dance Department
The art of choreography and freestyle dance, all upper body movement. A mix of many different styles combine example Tap, Scare Scrow, Jider Bug, Soul, Latin, Jazz, Lindy Hop, Gospel, Modern, Lockin, Poppin, House, Crumping and Bboyin.
The Hip Hop Dance Department will offer three classes:
Hip Hop Dance - Beginner
Students will learn the history of the Hip Hop dance and acquire basic fundamental knowledge and experience of what it takes to become a great Hip Hop dancer. Students will also be guided through proper dance techniques and get basic experience with live performance.
Hip Hop Dance - Intermediate
Students now acquire higher level dance techniques and have a clear sense of their own style as well as their limits in techniques. Students will be exploring many new possibilities in
their own art form.
Hip Hop Dance - Advanced
Advanced students start to master their own style and technique, They will be taught the major differences between what makes someone a good Hip Hop dancer and what makes someone the best of the best. Students will develop themselves through live performances and be given direction in pursuing dance careers.
